The R2 Mission
At R2 Carpentry, our mission is to bring precision, integrity, and craftsmanship to every project. Inspired by the aviation maintenance term “R2” — short for “Remove and Replace” — we specialize in restoring strength and function to residential structures: removing what’s failing and replacing it with something built to last. With a foundation in aircraft maintenance, we approach every job with unmatched attention to detail, a focus on safety, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality results in a timely manner.

Born and raised in the heart of Montana’s Flathead Valley, I’ve always had a passion for the outdoors and for building things with my hands. After spending nearly a decade working in various construction trades, I took that drive to a new level by serving as an aircraft hydraulics maintainer in the U.S. Air Force.
Now back home in Montana through the Air National Guard, I’ve returned to my roots — launching a construction business focused on craftsmanship, reliability, and rugged, honest work. Whether it’s custom carpentry, remodeling, or building from the ground up, I bring precision, experience, and a deep respect for the land and people of the Flathead Valley.
In addition to construction, I also own a production knife company — blending form and function into tools built for adventure. Whether I’m on a job site or halfway across the world exploring new terrain, the goal remains the same: build something that lasts.
